Having obtained Bachelors of Arts and Bachelor of Laws, Josnara Begum is now working as Filed Officer- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program. She joined CARE in 1998 and has been working in different projects during her tenure of 22 years here. She has a very positive attitude towards challenges and strong commitment of work. She has expertise in livelihood, food security, governance, advocacy, health and nutrition, women’s empowerment, resilience, agriculture, partnership approach, developing monitoring tools, data collection and data analysis.
