Iffat is an experienced development practitioner who worked in Save the Children, Practical Action, and BRAC before joining CARE’s SHOUHARDO team. She holds post-graduate degree in Economics from Uppsala University in Sweden, and graduate degree in Economics from East West University in Bangladesh. She is deeply passionate about protecting the environment, likes to travel, and thoroughly enjoys her interactions with the community.
Jannatul Ferdous, an advocate of Dhaka Judge Court and worked in Shohid Ullah Law House, Teach For Bangladesh, and Population Council. She has completed 2 fellowships, one is the Global Girls’ Education Fellowship and another is Teach For Bangladesh Education Fellowship. She has 7 years of working experience in documentation, communication, conducting, and writing case stories. She is deeply passionate about working for underprivileged women, adolescents, and children. Travelling and reading are her hobbies.
Hasibur is an experienced development professional having skills in capturing and disseminating organizational learning, internal and external communications, and qualitative research. Before joining in CARE Bangladesh’s SHOUHARDO III in February 2019, he worked as a Young Professional in Access to Information (a2i) Programme, ICT Division for almost a year. He also worked with the Society for the Welfare of the Intellectually Disabled (SWID), Bangladesh and Sarkari Shishu Paribar. He has completed his post-graduation along with graduation in Social Welfare from University of Dhaka.
Hasibur’s expertise lies in documentation, developing communication materials, conducting case study and writing case story, uplifting internal and external communications. He likes travelling, sporting and reading.
