Mr. Bhuiyan started his professional career in Nongovernmental organization in 2000. Over the period of 21 years of professional career he worked in several Nongovernmental organizations. He is an expert in training coordination, partnership management, project management, fund management, liaison and networking with government counterparts in addition to developing training modules. At present he is working in CARE Bangladesh as Technical Manager-WASH. Mr. Bhuiyan completed Master degree from National University in 2002.

Mr. Aslam is a development practitioner with expertise in the areas of health and nutrition, water and sanitation, maternal and child health, food security and livelihood, human rights and HIV/AIDS. He joined CARE Bangladesh in 1999 and worked with BINP,PEI, IFSP up to June 30, 2004.. Then he worked with a national organization named HASAB as Project Coordinator. Once more he started working with CARE Bangladesh in 2011 and currently serving as Senior Technical Manager-Health and Nutrition of SHOUHARDO III Program. He completed Masters of Social Science (Sociology) in 1995 from Rajshahi University and Masters of Public Health in 2009 from Atish Dipanker University Dhaka,He is skilled in project management, partnership management, ,fund management, social mobilization, team management, decision making & leadership, dealing with government counterpart.

Started his journey in Public Health Sector since 2007, in various international Humanitarian Organizations named World Vision, Save The Children and Helen Keller International along with CARE Bangladesh in different projects both Managerial and Technical specializations. Among this 14 year he has vast experience in integrated Maternal and Child health, Nutrition, WASH in Livelihood Security, Advocacy SBCC strategy, system and services through community formation in economic solvency, women and girl’s empowerment and Emergency Response. He studied in Public Health, Population Sciences, Development Studies from different Public and Private Universities. He is very proud of having two Girl Child.

Mr. Shah Riazur Rahman is a civil engineer and an MBA having fifteen years’ experience by working in WaterAid, BRAC, OXFAM, SDC, CARE Bangladesh, UNICEF & Practical Action Bangladesh and also worked in Afghanistan. He has good experience in WASH and DRR sector and thus successfully managed several donor-funded WASH projects in Bangladesh. Possess good networking skill to exchange knowledge and ideas and conducted some action research as team member.
