A guide, inspired from the previous program phases, SHOUHARDO and SHOUHARDO II to recognize the areas of need and implement the program purposes for the next phase of SHOPUHARDO III. This document is a revised version which demonstrates the criteria and instructions to work on the program’s/ project’s Union, Village and Eligible Participant Households Identification and Registration in the Char and Haor Regions.
