TQFSM is a meeting organized quarterly, in each SHOUHARDO III covered districts, attended by frontline staff of the Partner NGOs’ technical team members and CARE Bangladesh. It works as one of the most effective tools for sharing views, experiences by staff, and getting on the same board so that all could move to attain the ultimate goal of the program.
