Mohammad Raquibul Hasan completed his Masters in Development Studies (MDS) from BRAC University and has 20 years of experience in designing and implementing M&E systems with CARE. Mr. Raquibul has extensive experience with key M&E tools, including logical frameworks, indicator performance tracking tables, program indicator reference sheets (PIRS), results frameworks, and Theory of Change matrices. Mr. Raquibul currently serves as the Senior Team Leader for M&E for the SHOUHARDO III program in Bangladesh. In this role, Mr. Raquibul is the focal person for managing all aspects of the complex M&E framework for the program, coordinating M&E strategies with all partners, and accountable for producing high quality, reliable, and verifiable M&E information.
