Mr. Banik started his career in development sector from 1992. He has twenty three years working experience in the field of M&E in different International, National and local NGOs. He joined CARE Bangladesh in 2009 as a Hub M&E officer in SHOUHARDO program. Currently he is working as a Senior Manager-Monitoring Evaluation and Learning. Prior to join in CARE, he worked in BRAC, Gono Shajjo Sangstha, RDRS and Solidarity. Mr. Banik completed M.Sc in Statistics from Rajshahi University in 1991.
