Md. Mostafizur Rahma completed her MBA in HRM from South East University in 2009. He is currently working as Senior Officer – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program. He started his career in development sector back in 2006 and during this long 14 years tenure, he has worked in different positions in National & International NGOs. He has sound expertise in M&E plan and system, results framework, and designing management information systems. In SHOUHARDO, his main responsibility is to provide technical support to the PNGO in terms of M&E activities and staff capacity building in M&E and STREAM.
