Saiful is a development professional with 10 years of progressive working experience in national and international NGOs. He completed his Masters of Business Studies from National University. At present, he is working as Senior Officer – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program. His areas of expertise are in developing M&E plan and system, results framework, logical framework, baseline, midterm and final evaluation, and designing management information system. In SHOUHARDO, his main responsibility is to provide technical support to the PNGO in terms of M&E activities and staff capacity building in M&E and STREAM.
