Having completed Bachelor of Social Science under National University, Most Umme Salma Khatun joined CARE Bangladesh in 1995. Till then she has been working in different positions of numerous projects in CARE Bangladesh. At present, she is working as Field Officer- Monitoring Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program. She has expertise in preparing training module and facilitation, value chain activities, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.
