Since 1991 Mr. Jalil involves in development field. During his career he works in CARE for 16 years. Over the period he worked in different national and international nongovernmental organizations. Currently, he is serving CARE Bangladesh as Manager-Support and Representation. Mr. Jalil succeed to gain expertise in program management, advocacy, supervision, monitoring and reporting. In 2010 he attained post-graduation in Human Rights from Dhaka International University.

Mr. Rashid started his profession career in CARE Bangladesh since 1994. As development activist he is working in community development through ensuring inclusive governance. Presently he is working as Manager-Support and Representation in SHOUHARDO III program. He obtained Diploma in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Social science (BSS) degree from Bangladesh Technical Education Board and National University respectively.

Md. Mahmudul Hasan completed his Master of Social Science (MSS) from Asian University of Bangladesh. He is currently working as a Technical Manager-Support & Representation in CARE Bangladesh SHOUHARDO III program. Before that, he served CARE in different positions of different projects since his joining in 1996. He has experience and expertise in preparing effective program implementation plan, staff and program management, program support management, emergency operation during disaster, and effective communication with different stake holders.

Mr. Ruhul Amin is performing as Technical Manager in SHOUHARDO III program under CARE Bangladesh. He completed 3 year’s Diploma and Graduation in Agricultural Science and the Masters in Sociology and Anthropology. He has been working in development sector since 2000. During his 20 years of journey in this sector, Mr. Ruhul Amin developed sectoral experience in the areas of inclusive livelihoods development, WASH & HHN, DCRM, solid waste management, gender and governance. He also has the experience of an exposure visit at Srilanka Based organization (Chrysalis) and learned about organizational transition, advocacy, youth development and engagement with private sector etc.

Shah Md. Rezaul Karim is a development practitioner working in development sector since 2002. He has 18 years of experience in different national and international organizations like-RDRS Bangladesh, Maxwell Stamp PLC.’s Chars Livelihoods Programme (CLP) & CARE Bangladesh in different positions. He is working as Technical Manager-Support & Representation in SHOUHARDO-III program at CARE Bangladesh. He has expertise in partnership management, collaboration with different GoB and private sector, community development and Private sector engagement. Reza is very much fond of reading books. He has a rich collection of books and Bangladeshi stamps.

Susil Kumar Das completed his MA in political science from Brojo Mhohon University collage Barishal in 1998 and got MBA degree in Human resource management system from Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur in 2019. Since 1993 he has been working in different National and international organizations e.g. Grameen Bank, Nijara Kori, CONCERN worldwide and CARE Bangladesh in different positions. Currently, he is working as Technical Manager – Support and Representation. He has expertise in partnership management, OCAT, quality of program operations, quality monitoring of program vs financial management, budget and budgetary controlling system, disaster management, Data quality and management, advocacy with different stakeholders for program representation. He is positive minded, open to changes, adaptive and prone to technology adaption.
