Mr. Mannan Mazumder is an international development practitioner with over 25 years of experience with BRAC, UNDP, and CARE in Bangladesh and Afghanistan. A highly accomplished development practitioner with a deep understanding of development issues and innovative thinker shaped by program design and management, governance, advocacy, education, gender integration, human resource development, community mobilization, and community-led development. He is currently working as Advisor- Governance and Community engagement in the SHOUHARDO III program with CARE Bangladesh. Mr. Mannan completed his BSS Honours and Masters in Public Administration at the University of Chittagong. He is married with one son and one daughter. He likes reading, yoga, listening to songs, recitation, and being compassionate to gender sensitivity and environmental issues.

Since 1993 Mr. Ahmed has been involved in development field. Over the period of his working of 27 years he joins in livelihood, food security, governance, advocacy and public policy, health and family planning, women empowerment, resilience and agriculture. He joined in CARE Bangladesh in 2007 and currently is working as Senior Technical Manager-Governance. Mr. Ahmed holds post-graduate in Development Studies (from Southeast University) and History from Jagonnath University.
