Ms. Nag involves in development field from 1991 and currently she is working in CARE Bangladesh. She is delivering duties as Senior Cash Transfer Officer. Prior to join in CARE she worked in a National Nongovernmental organization NIJERA KORI.
Over the period she could attain demonstrable skills in program implementation including logistics and supply chain management, mobile cash transfer and data management.
Ms. Nag holds graduate in Social Science.
Fahomida Nahid Hamidy completed her Bachelor of Arts under Nation University in Rangpur. At present, she is working as Senior Cash Transfer Officer in SHOUHARDOIII program. She joined CARE Bangladesh back in 2005 and has been working in different positions of different projects since then. The major roles she played in CARE are as community development agent, field facilitator, food monitor, school facilitator and warehouse officer. She has expertise in MS office application and have experience in commodity warehouse management, inventory management, store management, supervision, office management, and general administration.
Mr. Rozario joined in CARE Bangladesh in 2002 and since he worked in different capacities. Currently he is working as Senior Cash Transfer Officer under Case and Grants team of SHOUHARDO III program. He is an expert in Administrative work, Warehouse and Supply chain, and also in Logistics Management. James has completed his Master’s Degree from Tejgaon Collage, Dhaka under National University.
Asad has been working with CARE-Bangladesh since 1989. During his service tenure with CARE Bangladesh, he worked at different Field Offices and holds various vital positions with Program Support Section and SHOUHARDO III Program. He has gathered practical experience and knowledge on general administration, assets management, warehouse management, procurement management, humanitarian logistics supply chain management, financial management, emergency response and cash transfer operations. Presently, he is working as Manager-Cash Transfer Operations and giving lead to the Cash Transfer Operations Team of Char Region with the highest integrity. In 2011, he obtained the degree of Masters of Business Administration from Darul Ihsan University. He loves to listen music and singing song in the leisure time.
Mr. Mohasin started his career in development field with CARE Bangladesh in 2000. Currently he is working as Senior Cash Transfer Officer.
Over the period he closely worked in logistic and supply chain management, online mobile cash transfer and data management.
Mr. Mohsin is a very positive in gender equality and sensitivity. He is very adaptive in change and capturing required skills for accomplishment.

Mr. Islam involves in development field for about 20 years. During his career he works in different International, National and Local NGOs. Currently he is delivering duties as Manager-Cash Transfer Operations in CARE Bangladesh.
Over his several years of involvement in development activities Mr. Islam greatly contributed in whole accounts system of the organization and removing all discrepancies of finance administration. He is post-graduate in Accounting.
For about 22 years Mr. Islam works in CARE Bangladesh since 1996. Over the period he delivered duties in different capacities and currently is working as Senior Case Transfer Officer.
Over the period he developed expertise on logistics and warehouse management, conduction of procurement and cash transfer in smooth manner, conduction of accounts and finance related activities.
Mr. Islam completed post-graduation in Islamic History and Culture from Government B.M. College, Barisal.
Umar Faruk completed his MBA major in Finance and Banking from Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur. He has more than 17 years’ of experience in Commodity Warehouse Management, Store and Inventory Management, Emergency Item Store Management, Feed mill Supervision , Office Management & General Administration, Safety & Security Management, Procurement, Vehicle Management, Auction and Relief Operation, Data Management, Staff supervision & Staff development. Before joining CARE he served at different positions in different national & international organization. At present he is working as Senior Cash Transfer Officer (SCTO) in SHOUHARDOIII program.
Md. Mozibur Rahman completed his MBA from University of Science and Technology, Chittagong (USTC). He joined in CARE Bangladesh as an Administrative Assistant in 1995 and till then served in different positions like Warehouse Officer, Finance Officer, Logistics Officer, Commodity Accounting Officer (CAO), and Regional Commodity Accounting Officer (RCAO), Regional Commodity Accountant (RCA), Acting Regional Commodity Logistics Manager (RCLM), Commodity Accountant for CARE-Nepal in Emergency response for 4.5 Months. Now he is working as a Senior Cash Transfer Officer (SCTO) in SHOUHARDO III program. He is experienced in administrative support and procurement; commodity management and warehouse management; response in emergency; financial management; and, supply chain management.
Shohedul is a professional with over 20 years of experience in the humanitarian logistics supply chain, USG food aid commodity management (in-country and overseas) and cash transfer operations. Currently, he is leading the Cash Transfer Operation for SHOUHAROD III Program as a Senior Technical Coordinator-Cash Transfer operation. He started the humanitarian logistics profession at Cox’s Bazar in 2000 by joining at Rohingya Refugee Program with Concern worldwide and then continued with UNHCR till August 2005. Shohedul joined CARE Bangladesh at Dhaka office in September 2005 and is continuing to work with different capacities at field and Head Office Management team till now. He has acquired Master’s in Management from National University, Bangladesh. He is keen to foster the new learning, adaptation with continuous changes in development program for the targeted achievement.
Mr. Hasan joined in CARE Bangladesh as Commodity Accounting Officer (CAO) in 2013. Currently he is delivering duties as Senior Cash Transfer Officer (SCTO). Prior to join in CARE Bangladesh he worked in Sabalmby Unnayan Samity (SUS) in different positions for several years.
Over the period he attains skills and expertise in Commodity Accounting and Reporting, Beneficiary Tracking System (BTS), Warehouse Management, Distribution Management and Supply Chain Management.
Mr. Hasan completed Bachelor of Science (Honors) in CS from Institute of Science and Technology (IST) under National University.
Laily is an experienced development professional, having expertise in community development, establishing rural women & girls’ empowerment, institutional capacity building of PNGO staff, and, improving health, hygiene & nutrition of rural and urban communities. She also has sound practical knowledge in good governance and strategies to ensure access to finance for the poor and extreme poor. She worked in the fields of commodity management, warehouse management as well as logistics management following USAID rules & regulation. At present, she is working as Senior Cash Transfer Officer in SHOUHARDO III program. She obtained her MSS from Asian University of Bangladesh. Laily likes travelling & loves to work in the domains of social development and woman empowerment creating enabling environment.
Ratan Kumar Debnath is the Grants and Partnership Support Coordinator of SHOUHARDO III. He started his career in 1995 in Elite Group of Companies and after that worked in Reliance Textile, CARE Bangladesh and UNDP. Ratan has Masters of Business Studies Diploma in Personnel Management, MBA in Finance. He is also an Income Tax Practitioner ann an LL.B. In CARE, he is mainly responsible for resource acquisition, proposal development, host country agreement, contractual agreement, partnership, budget management, ensuring compliance, and audit facilitation. He also received “Drumbeat of Excellence Award 2010” from CARE Atlanta HQ. He is founder members of some organizations. He is interested in continuous learning, reading books, humanitarian assistance, and gardening.
