The Labor Market Assessment (LMA) is a guide to deliver necessary direction to program management to advance Purpose 1, recognizing current areas of income of participants, and areas with growth potential, focusing on wage-employment and self-employment. The survey was conducted in eight random unions of one random upazilla in two districts, each of Char and Haor regions of Northern Bangladesh.
