Having obtained Masters in Political Science from the National University, Mr. Abdul Halim has been working in development sector including CARE Bangladesh and BRAC for almost 22 years. Currently, he is employed as Filed Officer- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program. Since his journey in CARE from 1998, he has worked in Interfish, Go-Interfish, RMP Program, and SHOUHARDO I, II & III Program. He has sound knowledge partnership approach and expertise in conducting training, livelihood, food security, HHN, etc.
