Since 1991 Mr. Jalil involves in development field. During his career he works in CARE for 16 years. Over the period he worked in different national and international nongovernmental organizations. Currently, he is serving CARE Bangladesh as Manager-Support and Representation. Mr. Jalil succeed to gain expertise in program management, advocacy, supervision, monitoring and reporting. In 2010 he attained post-graduation in Human Rights from Dhaka International University.
