Mr. Alam involves in development field for about 27 years. He is an expert in community level infrastructure development and management of environmental aspects of project activities. He joined CARE Bangladesh in 1993 and currently is working as Senior Technical Coordinator-Infrastructure in SHOUHARDO III program. Prior joining to CARE he worked in Habitat and Columbia Engineers Limited in Bangladesh. Mr. Alam holds post-graduate in Business Administration in 2008 from Southeast University and graduate degree in Engineering (Civil) He completed B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) in 1991 from Bangladesh Institute of Technology (BIT), Rajshahi.
