Md. Mahmudher Rahman Prodhen is currently working as Field Officer-Monitoring Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program of CARE Bangladesh. He has gathered experience in the fields of program management, training facilitation, monitoring & evaluation, supervision, Disaster risk reduction and climate change adaption, PRA, advocacy, networking and emergency response around 18 years of working experience in development sector. During his tenure in CARE Bangladesh he has worked in the field of food security, livelihood, good governance, WASH, HHN, MCHN, IGA, gender, women empowerment collaboration and coordination with local government and partner NGOs. He has expertise in effective communication, qualitative reporting in both Bangla and English. He was postgraduate in Political Science from National University in 2007.
