Mofakkharul Islam is an experienced professional in the fields of Partnership Management, Financial Management, and Financial Planning & Monitoring, Financial Reporting, Procurement and general administration. He also has expertise in conducting due-diligence, Risk Assessment and Compliance management, review the Partner NGOs budgets/proposals and negotiate grant and subcontract budgets. Currently, he is working as Regional Resource and Compliance Manager of SHOUHARDO III program. He completed Masters of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance. At present, he is responsible for the improvement of sub-award management policies, procedures & practices. He guides regional and partner staff on appropriate subcontract mechanisms for funding specific program activities.
