Md. Mokaddes Ali completed his BSS and MSS in Social Work from Rajshahi University in 2008 and 2009 consecutively. He has been working with CARE Bangladesh as Senior Officer – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program since April 2014. He has total 11 years of experiences in diversified fields like- M&E, program management and market development. He has sound expertise in M&E system, STREAM and SPSS. He also has experience in working during emergency like- annual flash floods and Rohinga influx in Bangladesh in 2017.
