Zakiruzzaman has 17 years of working experience in designing, planning and implementing monitoring, evaluation. He has expertise in livelihood assessments, vulnerability profiling, quantitative and qualitative surveys, performance monitoring, impact evaluation, design theory of Change (TOC) and developing project, Log frame and M&E plan. Apart from that, he also has experience on staff capacity building on quantitative and qualitative data analysis using Excel, MS Access, SPSS, STATA and integrated M&E data with GIS. He achieved his Master of Physics from National University and Masters of MIS (Management Information System) from South East University. He was a member of Impact assessment Team under CARE International Secretariat, Geneva, Switzerland.
