For more than 18 years Mr. Islam involves in development field, while, for 12 years he works under Monitoring & Evaluation unit in several International and National nongovernmental organizations. As M&E personnel he has been attached with data processing, checking and management. Moreover, he works to ensure and establish proper monitoring and effective internal control system along with developing monitoring and survey tools for qualitative and quantitative data analysis of project output, outcomes and reporting. Mr. Islam has post-graduation in Sociology and Anthropology from Asian University in 2008.
