Kaniz Fatema has 14 years’ work experience in financial operation, grants, sub grants and fund management along with audit and compliance management. She also has demonstrated experience in budget management, providing strategic guidance and technical support with setting up zero based budgeting systems. She has expertise in cash flows, financial report preparation and documentation, including donor reporting. She completed Masters in Accounting and had a professional course from ICMAB upto level (II). Additionally, she completed MDP from CARE Bangladesh. Now, she is working as Senior Budget and Sub-grants Officer in SHOUHARDO III Program. She joined CARE Bangladesh in October 2010 and prior to that she worked for Save the Children, Australia for 3 years.
