Most. Mobashara Begum is currently working as Filed Officer- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program. Before joining SHOUHARDO III, she worked in different other projects of CARE Bangladesh and MCC Bangladesh. She has almost 18 years of experience in development sector and has expertise in planning, organizing, implementing supervising, budgeting, controlling and reporting of program activities. She also has knowledge in livelihood and food security activities, gender, health & nutrition, community led approach, community mobilization, and partnership management. She is skilled in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, and reporting. She has a Master’s in Government and Politics.
