Sanchita Rani Das is working as Filed Officer- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program. She has a diploma in civil engineering and an MA in Islamic History and Culture. She has almost 17 years of working experience in different projects of CARE, RDRS, HIFAB International and other organizations. She has expertise in providing training, monitoring, data collection, management and analyzing and establishing liaison with local government and other NGOs.
