Shamima Akter Sumi is playing her role as a Development Trainee with Monitoring and Evaluation Unit under SHOUHARDO III Program. Prior to joining Care Bangladesh, she was involved as a Communication officer at Alokito Shishu, where she worked near about 2 years. All of her previous experience was about communication, collaboration and team building. She has completed her graduation in Economics and post-graduation in Development Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). She is passionate about traveling and learning new cultures.
