Since 2000 Shanti Rani has been working in CARE-Bangladesh. Prior to join in current position of Field Officer-Monitoring Evaluation and Learning she delivered duties as Community Facilitator, Field trainer (FT), Field Facilitator (FF), Food Monitor (FM) and Field Monitor (FM). Shanti involved in development field for more than total 20 years. Throughout her long career she worked with different International and National NGOs. She is an expert in MS office operation. In the year of 1973 Shanti has been born in Gupto para of Rangpur. She credited with post-graduation in History from Cirmicheal Collage in 2003.
