Aniqa is a development professional who’s strengthening the research initiatives and capturing the learning activities in her current position. Prior to that, she started her journey as a Development Trainee of the Monitoring and Evaluation unit of the SHOUHARDO III program. Before joining CARE Bangladesh, she completed her internship in youth development activity under the ENRICH Program of Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). She completed her graduation and post-graduation in Development Studies with a major at Public Policy from the University of Dhaka. Aniqa is a relentless learner who’s passionate about community engagement, traveling and enjoys good films!

Having worked on a number of Short Films, Documentary, Animations, PSA, Feature Film and with educational experience in Anthropology, Apel Mahamud Pavel Brings a Keen edge, a Passion for Visual Media and strong project management experience to his work.
Apel Mahamud Pavel successfully completed a variety of Film Projects Including Feature Film, Corporate and Non-profit Promotional Video, Documentary for NGO, INGO, UN, GOB and Creative Short Film Productions.
Apel Pavel is a confident communicator and collaborator, with the ability to maintain strong and effective stakeholder relationships and a drive to achieve key individual and team goals.
SAIRANA is an avid project management specialist, qualitative researcher and training enthusiast who worked in an array of development focal points such as public health, gender, humanitarian and resilience, food security and many more. She joined SHOUHARDO III team of Care Bangladesh as a documentation lead since March 2020. Previously, she has worked in CARE Bangladesh’s Humanitarian and Resilience team, BRAC JPG School of Public Health, BRAC University and Sanofi Bangladesh Ltd. She obtained her MSc in Public Health from the University of Bedfordshire, the United Kingdom with a Commonwealth Scholarship, and completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy from North South University, Bangladesh. With a passion to represent the human face and voice to the numeric values of researches, Sairana aspires to hunt stories to explore the visual representation of research/ knowledge more in the future. Sairana loves adventure sports side by side with reading a book and spending time with family cozily at home; because time is of the essence and balance is key.
Natasha is a development practitioner who has experience working with the marginalized and ethnic communities in both rural and urban areas of Bangladesh. Prior to joining CARE’s SHOUHARDO team, she worked at Helen Keller International focusing on maternal-child health and nutrition in the Chittagong Hill Tracts region. She also worked at Practical Action overseeing projects related to water, sanitation, and hygiene. She holds a Masters of Public Health degree from James P. Grant, School of Public Health, BRAC University. She is an avid sports fan and an athlete, having represented the Bangladesh Women’s Basketball team for nearly eight years.

Zinat is a development professional with more than 12 years of experience as a communication expert. She joined CARE’s flagship program SHOUHARDO III as a Senior Team Leader in October 2021. Before that, Zinat worked as a communication expert for several international organizations such as British Council, Winrock International, Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) and ActionAid Bangladesh. Zinat is a Commonwealth Scholar who obtained her MSc in Environment and Development from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. Zinat introduces herself as a storyteller, environmentalist and agriculturalist. Zinat enjoys her vacation traveling and working in her family farmhouse in her hometown.
Zohurul is an enthusiastic and dedicated development activist who worked in Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), PIACT Bangladesh, Bandhu Social Welfare Society (BSWS) and BRAC prior to join CARE Bangladesh. He holds post-graduate degree in Governance Studies from the University of Dhaka and in Anthropology from Rajshahi University. He is impassioned to uplift human dignity and building the world free from all sorts of discrimination. He blessed with a child. He loves to read books, meet & chat people and traveling.
