Amor Kumar Bor completed his Masters of Business Administration major in Accounting and Information Systems from University of Dhaka in 2005. He has about 12 years of working experience in sub-grant management, financial management, administration, monitoring, documentation and reporting through working with total 3 national and 1 international (CARE) NGOs. He has been working with CARE Bangladesh for about 4.5 years. Presently he is working as a Senior Sub Grant Officer under SHOUHARDO III Program.
Matiur Rahman Prodhan started his career in development sector in June, 2002. His expertise lies in the areas of Accounts, Commodity and Finance, Sub-grants management and dealing with NGOs. He also has experience in performing Capacity Building, ongoing monitoring & ensuring all donor compliance, with troubleshooting, and donor reporting & budgeting. He is experienced in dealing with Audit team, Donor, Bangladesh bank and NGO Bureau and fund management with CARE, SDC, NOVIB, NETZ, PKSFs- Micro-credit’s and long term dealing with USAID fund. He is skilled in popular computer applications & different accounting software. He is has Masters in Accounting. Currently, he is working as a Senior Sub Grant Officer under SHOUHARDO III Program.
Md. Hamidul Islam, born at Raypur village, Kanthalbari Union under Kurigram sadar upazilla, Kurigram on 10 September 1979. He has been completed M. Com (Accounting) from Carmichael College under National University.He has joined in RDRS-Bangladesh as a Credit Assistant in the year of 2004 and then served different position in different national & international organization like Accounts Officer, Program Associate (Finance & Administration) Commodity Accounting Officer (CAO), Sub-Grants Officer, Admin & Finance Officer, Assistant Project Manager (Finance & Operation) & Finance Officer. Now he has been working in CARE Bangladesh as a Senior Sub-Grants Officer in SHOUHARDO III.He has received 5 days aboard training on Financial Management in NEPAL since 2018 which was organized by NAPAL Terre des hommes Foundation. During his service tenure he has gained the following experience: Financial management, Grants Management & Monitoring, Procurement & Commodity management.
Mofakkharul Islam is an experienced professional in the fields of Partnership Management, Financial Management, and Financial Planning & Monitoring, Financial Reporting, Procurement and general administration. He also has expertise in conducting due-diligence, Risk Assessment and Compliance management, review the Partner NGOs budgets/proposals and negotiate grant and subcontract budgets. Currently, he is working as Regional Resource and Compliance Manager of SHOUHARDO III program. He completed Masters of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance. At present, he is responsible for the improvement of sub-award management policies, procedures & practices. He guides regional and partner staff on appropriate subcontract mechanisms for funding specific program activities.
Mr. Raihan involves in Audit and Financial Management for about 25 years. In April 2008 he joined in CARE Bangladesh as Regional Grants Manager (RGM) and currently is delivering duties as Regional Resource and Compliance Manager (RRCM) recently. Prior to joining in CARE he worked in Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK), BRCK, BRAC and Namma Cargo Services Company Limited.
Mr. Raihan has post-graduation in Accounting from University of Dhaka in 1993. Moreover, he also completed three years Chartered Accountancy course from N. K . Roy & Company under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) in October 1995.
Kaniz Fatema has 14 years’ work experience in financial operation, grants, sub grants and fund management along with audit and compliance management. She also has demonstrated experience in budget management, providing strategic guidance and technical support with setting up zero based budgeting systems. She has expertise in cash flows, financial report preparation and documentation, including donor reporting. She completed Masters in Accounting and had a professional course from ICMAB upto level (II). Additionally, she completed MDP from CARE Bangladesh. Now, she is working as Senior Budget and Sub-grants Officer in SHOUHARDO III Program. She joined CARE Bangladesh in October 2010 and prior to that she worked for Save the Children, Australia for 3 years.
