Ashim is an M&E Manager (Program Performance), M&E Unit, SHOUHARDO III Program of CARE Bangladesh. He completed Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource & MIS from Royal University, Dhaka in 2006. He has about 27 years of experience in different positions under different programs/projects in CARE Bangladesh. He has experience in administration, logistics, procurement, HR, commodity management, warehouse management, inventory management, data analysis and management. He has also vast knowledge on Computer Software and Hardware. He developed a Commdoity Tracking System (CTS) Software which was used in different CARE country offices, like Nepal, Zimbabwe, Kenya, USA and Bangladesh. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), and completed MCP, Azure Fundamental, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamental courses. Recently has recieved training on R – analytical software and Microsoft Power BI from Microsoft partner organization. He likes to travel, play cricket, football and volley ball.

Mr. Chowdhury joined in CARE Bangladesh in 2013 in MnE team and currently is serving as Senior Officer-Monitoring Evaluation and Learning. He is an expert on developing MnE plan, setting/developing indicators, data processing and analysis. Mr. Chowdhury completed M.S.S. Md. Abdul Matin, currently working as Field Officer-MEL of SHOUHARDO-III Program in Khaliajuri Upazila of Netrakona district. He involves in development work for about 30 years. Ashraful started his professional journey as a Software Engineer with software firm from February, 2013 to November, 2015. Over the period he accomplished duties in renowned Group of Companies. Md Eyasin Ali Sarker completed his Master of Governance and Development Studies from Jahangirnagar University. He has 14 years of national and international working experience in designing, planning, and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems including MIS systems. He has expertise in developing key M&E tools including M&E Plan, Log frame, Indicator performance Tracking Tables (IPTT), Performance Indicator Reference Sheets (PIRS), and Theory of Change (TOC). He has developed online-based data collection systems through ONA, ODK, and SurveyCTO. Additionally, he has established Data Quality Assurance/ Assessments (DQA) systems and managed Geo special data through the GIS platform for utilizing M&E data for management decision-making.

Md. Mahmudher Rahman Prodhen is currently working as Field Officer-Monitoring Evaluation and Learning in SHOUHARDO III program of CARE Bangladesh. Mohammad Raquibul Hasan completed his Masters in Development Studies (MDS) from BRAC University and has 20 years of experience in designing and implementing M&E systems with CARE. Syeda Badrun Nessa did her Master’s in Sociology and Anthropology from Asian University of Bangladesh.
